Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Rule
Because Mithuns Money Market provides educational services, consulting access, mentorship, class scheduling, and digital materials that may be consumed immediately upon enrolment, fees are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or where required by applicable law.
2. No Refund After Access or Attendance
No refund shall be due once any of the following has occurred:
- The student has attended one or more live or offline sessions.
- Login credentials, recordings, digital resources, indicators, or study materials have been issued.
- A consultation, mentorship, evaluation, or one-to-one coaching session has been provided.
- The student has been added to a private support group, learning portal, or member-only community.
These restrictions are commercially reasonable for digital training services because value is delivered immediately upon access and the content can be retained even after cancellation.
3. Instalment Plans
Where a course is purchased on instalments or a split-payment plan, the student remains liable for all unpaid instalments for the agreed program term unless Mithuns Money Market expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Failure to continue attendance does not automatically cancel the payment obligation once the seat has been reserved and access has commenced.
4. Rescheduling and Batch Transfer
As a customer-friendly alternative to refund, Mithuns Money Market may, at its discretion, allow one batch transfer, deferral, or rescheduling request if made before substantial course consumption and within the validity period specified by the company. Administrative charges may apply where rescheduling causes operational cost or seat blocking.
5. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend classes, inability to understand the material, change of personal preference, travel, work commitments, market losses, or dissatisfaction arising from lack of profits shall not by themselves create a refund entitlement.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are non-refundable:
- Registration or admission fees.
- Seat booking fees.
- Already delivered consultations or mentorship sessions.
- Downloaded or accessed digital products.
- Promotional, discounted, scholarship, or special-offer enrollments clearly marked non-refundable.
- Fees paid to third parties, including gateway charges, where non-recoverable.
7. Chargebacks
Customers must first contact Mithuns Money Market to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Where a chargeback is initiated fraudulently or without valid basis after service access has been granted, the company may suspend access, contest the chargeback, and recover reasonable costs, where permitted by law.
8. Cancellation Requests
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via the official communication channels of Mithuns Money Market. Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically entitle the student to a refund. All requests will be reviewed in accordance with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
